The artifact profile of the scaffolding standard, adapted to a static site that GitHub Pages serves from main (operator-sites-scaffolding): - .claude/CLAUDE.md: what the site is, how it is edited, previewed and served, the language split, the design tokens mirrored from Coabana/coabana.github.io's DESIGN.md, no release. - .claude/settings.json: the fleet's deny groups A-C, worktree.baseRef head, an allow list for the daily work and the three site gates. - Rules: git-hygiene, rules-discipline and markdown-docs, with the two shared blocks at the workspace's hashes and their manifest. - Validate: HTML validity (html-validate 11.16.0, standard preset), i18n key parity, sitemap well-formed, shared blocks, commit subjects. - Dependabot for github-actions. - README in English per the README standard; og-image.png corrected to og-image.jpg; sitemap lastmod 2026-10-09.
