Summary

  • Enforce exact Engine runtime and generated-declaration surface from the Python 0.9 contract.
  • Remove retired checkpoint, pending-clarification, and legacy compatibility machinery.
  • Update controller preview and conformance tests to use the supported public state API.

Validation

  • Public API tests: 13/13 passing
  • Fixture drift checks: passing
  • Build: passing
  • Full test suite: 212/212 passing
