docs(agentos): update docs for 0.4 - #2038

PR #2011 removed the RivetKit actor package and the examples the docs embedded, which broke the docs sync. Rewrite the pages around @rivet-dev/agentos-core: restore host function snippets, drop hosted actor, session, preview, and sleep references, document SQLite-backed root persistence, and fix broken links and the S3 mount plugin id. Add Hosted VMs and Hosted VM API pages, a software installation and preloading architecture page, and a Hosted API section on each capability page. Sources: the agentOS 0.4 launch post and the services PRs that add the agentOS actor (#21) and group its actions under v1 (#20). 0.4 publishes registry packages and default-software.json under releases.rivet.dev/agent-os/<version>/software/. Point the Software and Publishing pages and the install example at that manifest.
