…wheels Adds a maturin/cibuildwheel riscv64 build for eflips-schedule-rust 3.0.2, mirroring the linux job of upstream's own maturin-generated CI.yml. Pure-Rust PyO3 extension (petgraph/rayon/pathfinding, no -sys crates or git dependencies) solving the vehicle scheduling problem for electric bus/transit fleets. Includes a licensing patch: the project's AGPLv3.md does not match maturin's default license-files glob, so the real PyPI wheel ships no licence file at all; the patch adds an explicit license-files entry. eflips-schedule-rust3.0.2Compiles a pure-Rust PyO3 extension that solves the vehicle scheduling problem for electric bus/transit fleets (part of the eFLIPS/simBA transit-planning toolchain). Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
Mirrors upstream's maturin-generated
CI.ymllinuxjob, narrowed to the riscv64 image.Differs from upstream
[tool.cibuildwheel], so nothing to narrow there.Matrix: cp312/cp313/cp314 - no abi3, no
gil_used(false), so cp314t is dropped (same call aspy-rust-stemmers).Testing: same as upstream (
unittest discover), plusnetworkxas a test dependency like upstream's own.License: the real PyPI wheel ships no licence file at all -
AGPLv3.mddoesn't match maturin's default glob. The patch adds an explicitlicense-filesentry so it is bundled.Patches
0001-Ship-AGPLv3.md-in-wheel-metadata.patch- To upstream. Fixes the missing licence file; reproduces on any arch, not riscv64-specific.Built locally (x86_64): patch applies cleanly to a fresh v3.0.2 checkout; no cibuildwheel run (no docker/riscv64 available in this sandbox).
