Compiles a Cython/C++ extension wrapping sisong/HDiffPatch (binary diff/patch, distinct from bsdiff4's algorithm) plus its vendored zstd/brotli/lzham/tamp/lzma/bzip2/zlib/lz4/libdeflate codec backends. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors upstream's build_wheels_linux job, narrowed to the riscv64 image.

Differs from upstream

  • No Windows/macOS/other-Linux-arch legs - riscv64 image only.

Testing

  • Same as upstream (pytest {package}/tests).

License: upstream's own wheel ships only its wrapper's Apache-2.0 LICENSE; the vendored codec submodules (zstd, tinyuz, brotli, lzham_codec, tamp, bzip2, zlib, lz4, libdeflate - all permissive, plus libmd5/lzma which carry no standalone LICENSE file) are staged at the root from the checkout so the default glob ships their notices too.

Built locally (x86_64): license-staging commands verified against a fresh v2.6.0 checkout with submodules; no cibuildwheel run (no docker/riscv64 available in this sandbox).

Adds a cibuildwheel-based riscv64 build for hdiffpatch 2.6.0, mirroring
upstream's own build_wheels.yaml linux job. Stages the vendored
third-party codec licences (zstd, tinyuz, brotli, lzham_codec, tamp,
bzip2, zlib, lz4, libdeflate, libmd5, lzma) at the project root so the
default license-files glob picks them up, since upstream's own wheel
ships only its wrapper LICENSE.
