cshogi is a fast shogi (Japanese chess) library: a Cython/C++17 setuptools Extension (cshogi._cshogi plus two gym_shogi env extensions) over its own src/*.cpp move generator and search code. setup.py adds x86/arm SIMD compile flags only for those machine() values and falls through to plain -std=c++17 on anything else; the HAVE_SSE4/HAVE_AVX2 defines it still sets unconditionally are unused by any source file, confirmed by grepping src/ for intrinsics. No riscv64 wheel on PyPI. Build-from-checkout cibuildwheel job at tag v1.0.9.

cshogi1.0.9Compiles a Cython/C++17 extension implementing a fast shogi (Japanese chess) move generator and search. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
Upstream builds per-interpreter inside manylinux containers by hand (no cibuildwheel); this is the same shape via a standard build-from-checkout cibuildwheel job.
