Compiles the zope.index.text.okascore C extension (the Okapi BM25 scoring loop). Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

• Built with cibuildwheel instead of .manylinux.sh - same shape as the other zope.* ports here.
• BTrees, persistent and zope.interface come from pypi.riseproject.dev - no riscv64 wheels on PyPI.

Built on x86_64 cp312 and cp314t; 726 passed, 3 skipped (C) and 726 passed, 43 skipped (pure).
