Compiles the vendored METIS/GKlib C sources and a pybind11 extension with meson-python. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors upstream's wheels.yml.

Differs from upstream

  • Nothing beyond the riscv64 image.

Testing

  • Adds the pytest suite upstream's ci.yml runs; its wheels.yml tests nothing.
  • Skipped on musllinux: numpy has no riscv64 musllinux wheel in our registry.

License: Wheel bundles METIS (Apache-2.0), pybind11 (BSD-3-Clause) and, on musllinux, the GCC runtime; the patch adds the licences and the gcc sources are published.

Patches

  • 0001-pyproject-ship-the-METIS-and-pybind11-licences-in-th.patch - To upstream. meson-python has no default licence glob, so upstream's wheels ship no licence at all. Reproduces on x86.

Built on cp312 (QEMU riscv64); 21 passed, 9 skipped.
