Compiles ten Cython C/C++ extensions and a pyo3 Rust extension (datamodel.rs_parsers._rs_parsers) staged into the wheel with maturin. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel, and it is the last runtime dependency of asyncdb without one.

Mirrors upstream's release.yml build job.

Differs from upstream

  • PIP_EXTRA_INDEX_URL points at the RISE index - test-time dependencies (numpy, orjson, asyncpg, ...) come from it.

Matrix: cp312, cp313, cp314 - upstream's CIBW_BUILD selects cp3NN-* only and ships no free-threaded wheel.

Testing

  • same as upstream

License: OK

Cython extensions plus a pyo3 Rust extension staged with maturin,
mirroring upstream's release.yml build job narrowed to riscv64.

The 0.11.0 tree carries a stray gitlink with no corresponding .gitmodules
entry (find it with `git ls-tree -r HEAD | awk '$1=="160000"'`);
actions/checkout's own persist-credentials cleanup runs `git submodule
foreach` unconditionally and dies on it with "No url found for submodule
path ... in .gitmodules" right after the real checkout succeeds. Same fix
as build-espeakng-loader.yml: a plain git init/remote/fetch/checkout never
runs that cleanup routine.
