Compiles a PyO3/maturin Rust extension for pedestrian-network analysis (geo, ndarray, petgraph, rayon, rstar). Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors the linux job of upstream's publish_package.yml.

Differs from upstream

  • Rust toolchain installed in-container via CIBW_BEFORE_ALL_LINUX - upstream declares no [tool.cibuildwheel].

Matrix: cp312/cp313 only - statsmodels (a runtime dependency) has no riscv64 wheel for cp314 yet.

Testing

  • same as upstream (pytest tests, minus the performance benchmarks addopts already ignores); the one Overpass-API network test self-skips under GITHUB_ACTIONS.

License: OK - AGPL-3.0; maturin bundles LICENSE.txt into the wheel automatically.

No local rehearsal: disk is tight on this host, so the riscv64 CI runner does the real build.

Pure-Rust PyO3/maturin extension (geo, ndarray, petgraph, rayon, rstar, wkt,
exmex; no -sys crates, no SIMD/arch-specific code, no GPL build-time linkage
beyond glibc), so the manylinux_riscv64 image builds it like any other
maturin port. Not abi3, matching upstream's own per-interpreter release
matrix; cp314 is dropped because statsmodels (a runtime dependency) has no
riscv64 wheel for it yet, leaving cp312/cp313. AGPL-3.0: maturin bundles
LICENSE.txt into the wheel automatically, satisfying the licence-compliance
check.
