Builds the C++ fplll library from its own 5.5.0 release tarball (no Rocky package exists for it) with GMP/MPFR from Rocky 10's own repos, then builds fpylll's Cython bindings against it. No ISA-gated or SIMD code found in fplll's core; libqd is skipped as Rocky ships no qd package on any arch, matching one of upstream's own two tested configurations (HAVE_QD=no).

It's upstream's own install_requires (setup.py), imported at module load by fpylll.fplll.integer_matrix; our registry already has a riscv64 wheel for it, it was just missing from the test env.

fpylll0.6.4Cython bindings over the fplll lattice-reduction C++ library (LLL/BKZ, used in lattice-based cryptography). Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
Mirrors upstream's
tests.yml, the from-source fplll build it actually runs (itsrelease.ymlinstead borrows passagemath's Sage-distribution tooling, which has no riscv64 equivalent here).Differs from upstream
CIBW_TEST_REQUIRESalso installscysignals- the first CI run failed withModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cysignals', because it's upstream's owninstall_requires(imported at module load byfpylll.fplll.integer_matrix) and was missing from the test env; our registry already hosts a riscv64 wheel for it.Testing
License: Wheel bundles libfplll (LGPL-2.1-or-later) and libgmp/libmpfr (LGPL-3.0-or-later); upstream ships no licence text for them, so the build adds it.
Built on cp312; pending CI run.
