A PyO3/setuptools-rust extension (crates/python) over the advent-of-code Rust crate, exposing a solve() function and a CLI entry point. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors the build-python-wheels job of upstream's release.yml.

Differs from upstream

  • Checks out and builds from crates/python directly (our standard build-from-checkout shape) - upstream's job does the same.
  • Installs rustup in-container via CIBW_BEFORE_ALL_LINUX - no Rust in the manylinux/musllinux riscv64 images.

Matrix: one cp312-abi3 build (upstream's own CIBW_SKIP only builds cp312, no cp313/cp314/cp314t), reused and tested on cp313/cp314; manylinux and musllinux riscv64 both build.

Testing

  • same as upstream (tests/test_solve.py's asserts plus a CLI round-trip through the installed advent-of-code-py entry point).

License: OK

Built on cp312; reused/retested on cp313/cp314.

Add riscv64 wheel build for advent-of-code, a PyO3/setuptools-rust
extension (crates/python) over the advent-of-code Rust crate. Builds a
single cp312-abi3 wheel per upstream's own release.yml, reused and tested
on cp313/cp314, for both manylinux and musllinux riscv64.
