Subject: [PATCH] csrc: request only Development.Module from FindPython3

CMakeLists.txt asks FindPython3 for the full Development component, which
requires both Development.Module and Development.Embed (a libpython usable
for embedding). manylinux wheel-building images build CPython with
Py_ENABLE_SHARED=0 and ship only a static libpython, so Development.Embed's
Python3_LIBRARIES lookup fails and configure aborts, even though building a
plain extension module only ever needs Development.Module. Reproduces the
same way on manylinux x86_64/aarch64, not just riscv64 (confirmed locally
against quay.io/pypa/manylinux_2_39_aarch64).
