Automatically generated by the nightly check_versions.py run.

mdtraj v1.11.1.post2 -> v1.11.2

Every - version: entry added to docs/packages/mdtraj.yaml is built by this PR's own build-mdtraj.yml run; merging publishes the wheels.

Built to branch gh-pages at 2026-10-10 12:51 UTC.
Preview will be ready when the GitHub Pages deployment is complete.

Nightly version bump omitted the patches/mdtraj/<version> directory for
1.11.2, so the build's unconditional `git apply .../*.patch` step
failed with "No such file or directory" before any build/test ran.
Copied forward the same patch set from 1.11.1.post2 (unchanged since then).
mdtraj[all] pulls in pyarrow unpinned; pyarrow 26.0.0 has no riscv64
wheel on pypi.riseproject.dev yet, so pip built it from sdist and CMake
failed to find Arrow. Add pyarrow to PIP_ONLY_BINARY so pip falls back to
the newest version with a riscv64 wheel (25.0.1 today).
