Compiles arc4.c, a single-file C extension implementing the ARCFOUR (RC4) stream cipher, with no architecture-specific code or native dependencies. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors the build-manylinux-wheels job of upstream's release.yml, via cibuildwheel instead of manual pip wheel + auditwheel repair.

Differs from upstream

  • Nothing beyond the riscv64 image.

Testing

  • test_arc4.py, setup.py, and README.rst staged via test-sources so import setup and the README doctest keep working against the installed wheel.

License: OK

Built on cp312; 21 passed, 1 skipped (upstream's own thread-performance test, unconditionally skipped upstream as flaky).

Small, self-contained ARCFOUR (RC4) cipher C-extension with no
architecture-specific code or native dependencies.
