Wrong "Scrollposition" when changing pages

When changing pages in the form the position in the page (scrolled position) is taken over to the next page.

Assume we have two pages A,B

1. the user opens Page A and scrolls to the middle of the page.
2. The user opens Page B

-> Page B is also in teh middle of the page.
-> Expected. When changing pages the scrolling should alway be at top of the page,
