Release process: v0.1 is the Pd baseline, v0.2 is gone - #52

The v0.2 tag existed only locally and has been deleted; the docs still told the Pd checklist to run git log v0.2..HEAD, which now fails. The last Pd tag is v0.1 (the Pd 0.1 release); Pd versioning starts properly with pd-v0.3.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The
v0.2tag existed only locally and no longer exists anywhere;docs/design/release-process.md(rule 7 and the Pd checklist) anddocs/releases/pd-next.mdstill named it as the last Pd tag, so thegit log v0.2..HEADcheck would fail. They now point atv0.1, the Pd 0.1 release, which is the only pre-split tag left. Pd versioning starts properly withpd-v0.3.0. Docs only.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
