i upgraded yesterday the website to the latest Nextjs and React and started seeing that "couldn't load" error message on google Chrome, it should be ok on Firefox or your mobile phone. But the link is correct. sometimes if you close your browser and start it up, the issue goes away.

i need to dig out the problem whether something to do with Nextjs version or the way i performed the upgrade

i will add a new post to the blog addressing your points.
