feat(demo): add ecommerce order email templates

Overview

Adds a set of 4 ecommerce transactional email templates to the Community section:

• Order Created - confirms the order was received with expected delivery date and order summary
• Order Confirmed - confirms payment with payment method details and order summary
• Order Shipped - notifies shipment with tracking number, carrier, estimated delivery, and a track button
• Order Delivered - confirms delivery with delivery date, note, a review CTA, and order summary

Tests

Updated get-emails-directory-metadata.spec.ts in both packages/react-email and packages/ui to include the new ecommerce directory and its 4 templates in the expected directory metadata output.
