The
recordsskill lived in.claude/skills, which only Claude Code reads..agents/skillsis the harness-neutral location (Codex scans it from the cwd up to the repo root and follows symlinks), so the skill now lives there and.claude/skillsis a symlink to the whole.agents/skillsfolder — the same arrangement asCLAUDE.md → AGENTS.md. Skills added later go in.agents/skillsand reach Claude Code without a link of their own. AGENTS.md and the two record scripts point at the new path.Checked that
