Hover on a functor drops its parameter #9071
Description
Hovering a functor shows its body as if it were a plain module, without the parameter:

}Expected: module MakeSet: (O: Ord) => { ... }. for_module in analysis/src/process_cmt.ml returns only the result of Tmod_functor, so the parameter is lost.
