Records the 2026-09-29 Linear cleanup, worked through item by item with Michael, in docs/development/linear-cleanup-handover-2026-09-28.md (from #230). Every item is ticked with what was actually applied, including where reality differed from the handover text.

• Section 1 (status fixes): tickets closed, rescoped or moved across the V1.0 and HW & FW projects.
• Section 2 (projects):
  • The web project was renamed "Arena Software Control - towards Web-based V1.0", with a V1.0 end state and a 2026-12-19 target. It now has four milestones:
    • M1 Land in-flight work, one Studio (10-17)
    • M2 Hardware coverage + provenance (11-14)
    • M3 Experiments + color prototype (12-05)
    • M4 V1.0 release (12-19)
  • G6 Arena Extensions was retired.
  • Both main projects got a status update. HW & FW's was its first ever.
• Section 3 (new tickets): LAB-218 through LAB-227, plus LAB-230 (Assert sticky controller settings before every run: controller: block, rig defaults, run header (LAB-230) #219 controller settings), LAB-231 (V1.0 readiness) and LAB-233 (housecleaning: retire the legacy standalones and Arena Studio Alt).
• Section 4 (PR ↔ ticket links): all attached, or deliberately dropped with a reason.
• Conventions:
  • American spelling ("color") is added to the g6-orientation skill.
  • The Linear-sync rule lives in the user-level ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md, plus a reminder hook (not in this repo).

One item is still open: re-planning the four expired June milestones in G6 Arena Hardware & Firmware.

No code changes.
