Summary

Widens the BaseKey type from string | number to string | number | number[] so ids that OpenAPI generators emit as byte arrays (UUIDs) type-check without as unknown as casts.

Because BaseKey now includes arrays, the three navigation URL builders (editUrl, cloneUrl, showUrl) stringify the id before encodeURIComponent — behavior for string/number ids is unchanged, and a number[] id serializes as its comma-joined form.

Note: the @refinedev/core test suite has ~20 pre-existing failures on clean main (the works correctly with interval and onInterval params specs time out in this environment). They are unrelated to this change; packages/core builds cleanly with these edits.

Closes #7403
