Operator E2E deployments inherit the Intelligent Assistant flavour even when a workspace does not test IA. Disable it in the shared Backstage subscription, matching Helm; IA workspaces can explicitly opt in through spec.flavours.

Operator restart commands also reuse a Pod-only label to select Deployments, causing oc scale to fail with no objects passed to scale. Add a Deployment selector using the operator's metadata labels and use it in scaleDownAndRestart() and rolloutRestart(). Pod selection, Helm selectors, and restart waiting behavior remain unchanged.

Bump the package to 2.2.5 and update the changelog and docs version label.

Validation:

  • yarn check passed (existing lint warnings only).
  • yarn build && yarn test: all 277 existing tests passed; no new unit tests added.
  • Documentation build passed.
  • Manually exercised the installed PR branch on a retained operator 2.2.0 deployment (keycloak-auth): both scaleDownAndRestart() and rolloutRestart() replaced the RHDH Pod and completed successfully. PostgreSQL retained the same Pod UID. After each restart, the route and catalog API returned HTTP 200; the catalog request authenticated with the migrated static backend credential.
  • Verified base/consumer merging disables IA by default and allows explicit opt-in while preserving backend and lightspeed secret targets.
