The static learning-paths data.json was removed from the rhdh repo
in PR 5616 (main) and PR 5660 (release-2.1) because the app-defaults
plugin now bundles it. The docs attribute learning-path-data-json-link
used release-{product-version} which resolved to the now-404 URL on
release-2.1. Pin the attribute and inline YAML examples to release-1.10,
which still hosts the file and matches the upstream app-defaults README.
