Summary:

PushNotificationIOS has been deprecated since it moved to @react-native-community/push-notification-ios. This PR removes it from core: the JS module, RCTPushNotificationManager, the React-RCTPushNotification pod, and the RCTPushNotificationHeaders subspec. In __DEV__, reading PushNotificationIOS now throws an error that points to the community package.

Changelog:

[IOS] [BREAKING] - Remove deprecated PushNotificationIOS

Test Plan:

Commands I ran, and their results:

  • yarn flow-check: 0 errors
  • yarn build-types && yarn test-generated-typescript: passed
  • yarn eslint --max-warnings 0 on changed JS files: clean
  • yarn test on affected packages: 608 tests passed
  • yarn cxx-api-build: Apple snapshots updated
