[0.88.0-rc.4][Android] TextInput onSubmitEditing fires twice on Android with hardware keyboard #58990

Description
When hitting enter on a hardware keyboard in a multiline TextInput with submitBehavior={"submit"} on Android, onSubmitEditing fires twice.
Steps to reproduce
- Run https://snack.expo.dev/@mhoran/funny-red-yogurt using Expo v58
- Type text in the
TextInput - Hit hardware enter key
- Notice
onSubmitEditingprinted twice - Use IME to submit
- Notice
onSubmitEditingprinted once
