I rechecked this on current master
95b7a566f509489cdecbe650963264b5368927a9.The README no longer contains the broken legacy target shown in the report. Its current “Online preview” link is
https://steps.react-component.vercel.app/, which resolves successfully with HTTP 200 (final deployment URLhttps://steps-react-component.vercel.app/). The README was substantially standardized in merged #381 (f63f46acaa) and later adjusted in #388, so this appears resolved by the current documentation.This issue should be eligible for maintainer closure; no new PR is needed.
