Add support for forceRender prop #1181

What problem does this feature solve?

For accessibility purpose it would be nice to force render the Select dropdown because internal Select's input has aria-controls property which value is equal to dropdown listbox that is rendered only after user interaction.

What does the proposed API look like?

As Select component already uses @rc-component/trigger library under the hood it is only needed to accept the forceRender prop and pass it down to Trigger component.

There is such PR already created #804 but I think the API is too complex, just accepting forceRender prop would be enough.
