Clarify when to initialize Vertical Bars and how the theme chooses split-pane widths:

  • Run setup when the app root mounts, and distinguish runtime initialization from completed native projection.
  • Document 320px fully open / 50vw half-open as theme defaults. Explain that ios-theme-fold-expanded does not select the sidebar width; avoid claiming Settings always uses a fixed 320pt width.
  • Shorten the two device-placement links while preserving their targets.

Documentation only; this does not change runtime behavior or claim a measured cold-start improvement.

Related to #228.

Validation: Prettier, git diff --check, and demo documentation generation passed. Supervisor and OSS reviews completed with no remaining findings.
