[rdlabo]

Plain HTML Native UI consumers currently install Ionic transitively through utils, despite Native UI declaring Ionic optional. Update iOS 27, Native UI, and the root build dependency to published @rdlabo/ionic-theme-utils@0.1.5, whose Ionic peer is optional. The theme still requires Ionic, and shared animation code stays in utils.

Changes are limited to dependency pins and root/demo lockfiles.

Fixes #306. Uses rdlabo-dev/ionic-theme-utils#11.

Validation

• Build, ESM/package checks, and lint passed.
• Demo clean install and all 161 tests passed.
• A fresh consumer installed packed Native UI with published utils 0.1.5 without Ionic, Stencil, or ionicons; the /core import passed.
• After explicitly installing Ionic, the default Native UI adapter and shared popover animation imports passed.
