Summary

The admin "Create organization" panel saved only country in the org metadata. So orgs created there had no poc (point of contact email).

This change saves the owner email as poc when the panel creates an org. The email is lowercased, so it matches the email stored on the owner's user record.

Effects

  • New orgs created from the admin panel get metadata.poc set to the owner email.
  • The "Creator" column in the admin org list reads metadata.poc. It will now show the owner email for these orgs, instead of an empty cell.
  • The edit form already keeps existing metadata, so poc stays after later edits.
  • The server needs no change. The default org metaschema allows extra keys.

Not in this PR

  • Orgs created from the panel before this change still have no poc. They need a one time backfill.

Testing

  • eslint and tsc show no new errors. The warnings and errors that remain were already there.
  • There are no UI tests for admin views, so this was not covered by a test.

Orgs created through CreateOrganization (client SDK view, CLI, seed) don't get a poc either, so "Creator" stays empty for them. Is that expected, or should we track it separately? @rohilsurana
