Add a Changelog page under Overview. It lists the feat, fix and refactor PRs of each release after v1.0.0, newest first, and the PRs after the latest release under Unreleased. Each release links to its GitHub release.
A remark plugin reads the squash-merged commits between the v* tags at build time and writes each release as a heading and a list. The headings reach the table of contents, search and the page's Markdown output. An entry gets a ! when its subject has one or its body has a BREAKING CHANGE: footer. packages/react/CHANGELOG.md has no entries for the v1 releases, so the page does not use it.
The docs build fetches the tags when v1.0.0 is missing, since Vercel clones without tags. Without git history, the page links to GitHub Releases.

Walkthrough
The documentation site adds a changelog generated from Git history. It parses supported feat, fix, and refactor commit subjects into unreleased and tagged release entries. If the required tag or Git history is unavailable, the page links to GitHub Releases. The changelog page is available from the overview navigation, and the prebuild script attempts to fetch tags when v1.0.0 is missing.

The changelog omits prerelease sections and can misgroup their changes. This is a bounded documentation issue suitable for an owner-approved follow-up; the configured build runs the tag preparation hook.

Include prerelease tags in the changelog tag filter.
The tag filter at apps/www/src/components/docs/changelog.tsx:57 matches only vX.Y.Z. The repository publishes vX.Y.Z-rc.N tags as GitHub prereleases, and the page does not list them. Commits released under an rc tag appear under the next stable release or under Unreleased. Accept the -rc.N form that release-rc.yaml uses, and check that each prerelease boundary stays in order in the git tag --sort ranges.
