Overview
Adds optional WebP conversion before upload via cwebp (quality and encoder path preferences), with a guard so AVIF and WebP cannot both be enabled. WebP output is written to a temp directory and removed after upload.

R2 Public Domain is now mandatory for the upload command: if the renamed preference (still customDomain internally) is empty, the command fails with a toast instead of falling back to the raw R2 endpoint URL. Docs and manifest copy reflect AVIF/WebP and the public-domain requirement.

Minor UX/metadata: browse root drops the "R2 Bucket" navigation title; extension author updates to ypp; CLAUDE.md removed; changelog and README updated.
