[Enhancement] Favorite copy/move destinations in Finder #9

Goal

Copy or move selected Finder items to frequently used folders in a couple of clicks, with safe collision handling.

Scope

• User-managed list of favorite destinations with reorder/rename/remove, optional pinned items and recent destinations.
• Context menu: Copy to… and Move to…, showing compact favorites; Choose Folder… for a one-off destination.
• Use persistent security-scoped bookmarks if necessary for access; resolve bookmark staleness and request permissions explicitly, never infer persistent access from a one-time selection.
• Copy always retains original; move requires clear indication, collision preview/confirmation and safe cross-volume copy→validate→remove semantics.
• Preserve file metadata and directory trees where possible; avoid overwriting existing destinations or accidentally copying a folder into itself.
• Provide progress/cancel, partial success reports, Finder reveal and actionable history/undo with [Phase 3] Background operation center: queue, progress, cancellation, and retry #4/[Phase 3] Action history and safe undo for reversible Finder operations #5 when available.

Acceptance criteria

• Destination favorites persist securely across restarts.
• Collision choice never silently overwrites; predictable rename/skip behavior.
• Moving across volumes does not remove source until destination has been completely and reliably copied/verified.
• External volume disconnect, insufficient space, permissions and cancellation do not silently lose source data.
• Menu stays responsive with many favorite destinations.

Tests

Multi-file/folder, Unicode, large directory trees, file packages, cross-volume moves, cyclic targets, collisions, permissions, interrupted copy and external drive unmount.
