The deploy half moved here in rainlang#576, so the explorer-verification workflow for suites already on chain belongs here; the artifactPath / DEPLOYED_ADDRESS pairs it takes come from this repo's src/abstract/RainlangDeploySuites.sol and script/Deploy.sol output.
