need CI to flag basic issues with the integrity and deployability of the yaml

i'm pretty regularly updating the yaml and facing issues where the basic integrity of it causes the GUI to straight up crash or the web form field are broken, or the strat won't deploy etc.

in the spirit of rainlanguage/rain.dex.pubstrats#63 (which i'm not sure was actually finished btw) we need CI to be doing more heavy lifting

i have to wait for vercel to complete then step through the strats and manually test every time, and if there's a bug i have to redeploy and manually test vercel again, it's a time waste and very error prone

Re-verified against main 2026-07-22: still present — the repo's only workflow is .github/workflows/rainix.yaml, whose jobs are the rainix matrix tasks plus npm run format-check, npm run lint-check and npm run test. There is no gate that parses or validates the strategy YAML for integrity/deployability, so a broken yaml still reaches the GUI uncaught.
