The COP for aquathermal probably shouldn't be there but it is. At least the docs are now in line with how it is modelled, even though it might need an update.

- Renamed sections - Moved general explanation of hybrid up to the overview, since it applies to both the air-to-air and air-to-water section

Great work @jort-wolda. This is a major improvements of the docs for heat pumps.
There is however still much to improve in a following project. For example, there is a lot of rather vague text about choosing a suitable threshold COP, it is unclear why this documentation is under "Flexibility" and not under "Demand", there is no documentation for the heat pumps under District heating (or in the Industry) etc. etc.
Let's pick this up in a heat pump project. We need much more consistency both in implementation and documentation.

Context
Two new heating technologies have been added. This makes it possible to model air conditioning as a heating technology. Either as a hybrid (with a gas combi boiler back-up) or as a full electric solution with a heat pump boiler for water heating.
So far these new technologies can only be used for households.
Implemented changes
Updated the heat pump page. The existing page was already outdated since the some changes were made to heat pumps recently. Therefore, more is changed than you would expect from just adding aircos as a heating technology.
