[Bug] not able to connect with the hub

**Describe the bug
my hub doesnt want to connect to my pc
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to install firmware
2. do everything it tells you
3. click install then the pairing menu opens and the hub is in update mode
4. See error code:```
   Connection Error: Connection attempt failed.

**Expected behavior**
installing custom firmware

i forgot to add that im using windows 11 and in the system settings the hu is visible and windows isnt paired with the hub and im using chrome

Which hub are you using?

in the system settings the hub is visible

Usually, this means that the hub is paired. So if there is a remove or forget button, click that.

im using hub 88012 and i was not conneting the hub i was checking if bluetooth sees it

This error has been reported a few times before. Unfortunately, no one ever reported back that they had solved the issue.

Some of the discussion might give some ideas of what to try. Usually the best way to solve these kinds of issues is to use Wireshark to log Bluetooth packets to see what is going on at a low level (instructions).
