Adds an icon and a profile banner for the app. The icon is an open office door with light spilling out and people gathered inside, one of them wearing a headset.

  • assets/icon.svg: scalable, rounded corners, shown at the top of the README
  • assets/icon-512.png: square 512×512, uploaded as the Slack app icon (Slack rounds the corners itself)
  • assets/icon-rounded-512.png: rounded PNG for places that don't round corners
  • assets/banner.svg / assets/banner.png: 680×240 banner (rendered at 2×), uploaded as the Discord bot's profile banner. The bottom-left is kept clear because Discord overlaps the avatar there.

Up to five times a working day, at random, an AI model reads what has
been happening in the office and posts something playful about it to
Slack.

- After a random 60 to 150 minute wait, it posts if it's 09:00-18:00
UTC+2 on a weekday and fewer than 5 have gone out that day. Each one
is stored in a new office.banter_posts table before the model is
asked, so the limit holds across restarts.
- It picks today, yesterday and today, this week or last week at
random, and gives the model the raw voice_activity rows for it (the
latest 400 at most) and who's in the office right now.
- Banter uses its own OpenRouter models, OPENROUTER_BANTER_MODELS,
which leave out the openrouter/free router, since it often picks a
small model that makes things up. Cloudflare is used as for headlines.
- Nothing is posted if every model fails. Every card says the model
wrote it and that AI is a hallucination machine.
- The recorder and the new OfficeHistory reads share one database
connection through StorageLayer. A database that's down only skips
  that bit of banter.

scripts/try-banter.ts runs made-up scenarios without touching Slack or
the database. It only calls the AI with --call-ai, once per scenario.
