(MODULES-12078) Allow puppet/systemd 11.x - #1722

puppet/systemd 11.0.0 was released on 2026-10-26. The current upper bound (< 11.0.0) makes dependency-checker fail in the nightly Spec jobs, because .fixtures.yml clones puppet-systemd's default branch, which is now 11.x. The module only uses systemd::dropin_file. Its parameters are unchanged in 11.0.0; the only change is mode 0755 on the .d directory. The breaking changes in voxpupuli/puppet-systemd#646 are in journald, resolved, timesyncd, logind, oomd, sleep and coredump, which this module doesn't use. The lower bound stays at 4.0.1. The breaking changes in voxpupuli/puppet-systemd#646 are in journald, resolved, timesyncd, logind, oomd, sleep and coredump, which this module doesn't use, and thesystemdclass defaults keep the old behaviour. The dropin content comes from this module's ownsystemd-override.conf.epp, so it's unchanged.The dropin is only created on RedHat/Gentoo (
