PythonPythonDistribution repository property always points to the latest repository version

When i create new distribution i want to point it to a specific repository version, not always to the latest version. Currently when i create a PythonPythonDistribution i set the repository property it always points the latest version. AFAIK there is no way to change it through the python API.

The REST API is currently missing the ability to set a repository version on a Python Distribution. Thanks for filing the issue. We will address this ASAP.
