- Added a ``repair_packages`` action to Maven repositories that reconciles ``MavenPackage`` membership for the latest version: it creates and associates packages for every POM-backed GAV (so previously stranded packages become listed by the ``packages/`` API) and removes packages whose GAV no longer has a POM. The task is idempotent and uses in-memory set diffing plus parallel POM parsing, so it scales to large repositories without hitting database parameter limits.
