fix: Do not clear drift reported while a ResourceSummary is processed - #2077

resetResourceSummaryStatus fetched the ResourceSummary again and cleared its status. A drift reported by drift-detection-manager between the list and that Get was cleared without being processed, so its feature was not redeployed until a new drift was reported. Reset the copy that was processed, with its resourceVersion. If the ResourceSummary changed after it was listed, the update fails with a Conflict and the next collection processes it again. Fixes projectsveltos#2076
