fix(cli): make logout and update notices clearer

What changed

• Remove the redundant ended: 1 field and completed-work notice from human prisma auth logout output. --json still returns endedCount and workspaceIds.
• Check the published prisma package for updates and suggest prisma@latest, not @prisma/cli@latest.
• Show a package-manager command when the local install is identifiable. Otherwise link directly to the official installation section. Ignore cached results from the old package.

Captured with Termcut from the actual CLI presentation and update-check code, using an in-memory demo session and a synthetic 9.0.0 update. No real credentials were touched.
