Summary

Prevent unlocked installs from falling back to Snowflake CLI 3.7.1 and pydantic-core without Python 3.14 wheels.

Add a Python 3.14 CI job that installs the extra without the lock and checks the installed dependencies and CLI entry points.

Evidence

• Before: unlocked Python 3.14 resolution selected Snowflake CLI 3.7.1 and pydantic-core 2.33.1.
• After: a fresh Python 3.14 install selects CLI 3.32.1 and passes uv pip check; the minimum 3.23.0 also installs and passes. Both use wheels for pydantic-core, the connector and Snowpark; PyYAML builds from source.
• Python 3.8 and 3.10 installs and dependency checks pass; unlocked resolution also checked for 3.9, 3.11 and 3.13.
• 167 focused tests passed with Click 8.1.8; 12 skipped. Both projects require Click >=8.0, and posit-cli starts with the extra installed.
• uv lock --locked and git diff --check pass.
