Documents the newly enabled CNAME-following behavior on cert-manager DNS-01 ACME solvers, which lets customers delegate
_acme-challengerecords to a lower-privilege DNS zone.Context
Triggered by porter-dev/code#6488 ("enable cert-manager CNAME following on DNS-01 solvers") by @mauricioaraujoporter. The change configures DNS-01 solvers with the
FollowCNAME strategy so a delegated_acme-challengeCNAME routes the ACME challenge into a different zone. With no such CNAME the solver behaves identically to the previous default, so the feature is purely additive.Changes
