Thank you for assigning this issue to me. Before I proceed, could you please clarify what exactly needs to be done from your end for the API to update the SMS settings in the console? Just want to make sure I'm aligned before I start working on it.

Firstly setup the project in your local system. Read CONTRIBUTING.md
Once you're setup, you can check appwrite's existing SDKs and see how they are implementing it, same way we'll have to do for C++ SDK too.
