codecheck has failed outright when ftp.gnu.org was unreachable: wget https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/autoconf/autoconf-2.69.tar.gz Connecting to ftp.gnu.org|209.51.188.20|:443... failed: Connection timed out. ##[error]Process completed with exit code 4. The script runs under `set -e`, so one failed connection ends the job and the pull request goes red for a reason unrelated to its contents. Fall back to ftpmirror.gnu.org, which GNU maintains as a redirect to a nearby mirror. No retries: when the host is down, retrying does not help. No change when the first host answers.
