Nice.

What I don't like is that this changes how you need to call config-package, as it fails in the way I usually call it, and how we describe developing on plone.meta in docs/sources/how-to/install.md:

$ python3 -m venv .venv
$ .venv/bin/pip install -e .
$ .venv/bin/config-package /Users/maurits/community/plone-coredev/6.2/src/plone.batching
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/Users/maurits/community/plone-coredev/meta/.venv/bin/config-package", line 7, in <module>
...
  File "/Users/maurits/community/plone-coredev/meta/src/plone/meta/config_package.py", line 543, in _update_python_versions_on_pyproject_toml
    call(
    ~~~~^
        "check-python-versions",
        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
...
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'check-python-versions'
When I activate the virtualenv it works.
🤔 it does not work with uvx ? I thought I tested it... we should fix that then
@mauritsvanrees this worked for me locally:
uvx --from git+https://github.com/plone/meta@381-bump-python-classifiers config-package .
i.e. running it through uvx installing this branch, installs the new dependency and updates the classifiers on pyproject.toml as expected (if you play with the test_matrix on .meta.toml.
I am referring to the "from source" part of the installation docs. That no longer works for me.
